Luggage Storage:

• We offer free luggage storage as a courtesy. Storage is typically available from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Call 228-276-9449 or use WhatsApp for guests outside the US.

Early Check-In:

• Early check-in is available for a $20 fee. Check in will be 2 PM instead of 4 PM. If you would like to check in early PLEASE LET US KNOW THE DAY BEFORE YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We do not set up early check in before then. If we can get you into the condo before 2 PM we will. Early check in is offered as a courtesy and is subject to availability. Extend Your Stay:

• For a Guest to extend their stay, the Guest must notify the Host by the day before check-out. The condos book quickly. Requests made on the morning of check-out may not be accommodated due to scheduling conflicts, availability of cleaning services, or upcoming reservations for the unit. Guests who plan to extend but do not get it done by 11:00 AM on the day of checkout and have not arranged a late check-out will be charged a $20 late checkout fee. If the Guest does extend after the 11 AM time frame they will be charged a second cleaning fee. If the guest still has not extended by 12:30 PM and has not vacated the condo, the Guest will be charged for another night to the Guest’s card on file.

 

Laundry:

Services are offered as a courtesy and are subject to availability. Hours and availability may vary and are not guaranteed.

• Full set of Fresh Linens During Stay 1 Bedroom 2 Bed Condo: $30 fee

• Full set of Fresh Linens During Stay 2 Bedroom 3 Bed Condo: $45 fee

• Full set of Fresh Linens During Stay 2 Bedroom 4 Bed Condo: $60 fee

• Full Extra Cleaning (1-bedroom): $60 (without linens) / $85 (with linens)

• Full Extra Cleaning (2-bedroom): $90 (without linens) / $140 (with linens)

• (Coming Soon) Folding Services: Laundry Folding Services are available at $4 per pound. We fold your laundry while you're out having a good time.

• (Coming Soon) Laundry Washing Services: Laundry washing services are provided daily. They are picked up between 12 PM and 2 PM daily and returned the following day between the same times. This is priced per pound at $5 per pound. 

A full set of linens includes all sheets, pillowcases, towels, rags, and hand towels. It does not include duvets, quilts/blankets, mattress covers, or any covers from couches or couch pillows, nor does it include the washing or cleaning of any personal items. This laundry is done off site by a professional laundry service/third party vendor. By accepting this service you agree that the Host is not liable for any damages to your personal items being washed by the third party vendor.​
